We are seeking community feedback on proposals for a new community south of Dog Kennel Lane, Shirley.
The Site forms part of an area that has been identified by Solihull Council as suitable for new homes.
We are developing proposals for a well-designed community, centred around new play areas, open spaces and wildlife habitats.
It will link with wider plans for a new primary school and shops in this area. It will also secure wider investment and improvements to the local road network and routes for walking and cycling.
Before submitting an outline planning application to Solihull Council we are launching a public consultation on the draft proposals to seek the views of local people.

Richborough is working on behalf of the landowner, ZF Automotive UK Ltd, to prepare a masterplan, undertake environmental and technical surveys and submit a planning application for this important site.
ZF has a long-standing interest in Solihull, linked to its state-of-the art engineering technical centre at Blythe Valley Business Park, which brought multi-million pound investment and jobs to the area. ZF’s work includes pioneering research into autonomous vehicles, opportunities which are being explored as part of our emerging plans.
