SITE LOCATION AND PROPOSALS IN CONTEXT

The Site is well-located to provide new homes, lying close to employment areas, bus and cycle routes into Shirley and Solihull.

The Site forms part of an allocation for new homes identified in Solihull Council’s emerging plans, known as BL2 Land South of Dog Kennel Lane.

As well as homes, the BL2 allocation as a whole will provide a new primary school, shop, local facilities, sports pitches and play areas.
